Abby Napora, Clinical Counsellor and Corporate Relations Specialist

“The way you think affects how you feel and how you feel influences your behaviour. If you think accurately, you are better able to regulate the way you feel, and become more adept at choosing your responses. When your thinking is skewed, then your re-activity in triggering situations will often trump your ability to be intentional and purposeful about responding appropriately. Lashing out in hurt, anger or withdrawing in painful isolation, however much justified, results in strained and broken relationships and elevated stress levels. When stress is elevated one’s ability to cope with life overall is significantly diminished. I am here to challenge your thinking and assist you in grounding yourself, so that your responses are chosen from a strong mental and emotional base.” This is essential when working toward homeownership and achieving that goal. There are many obstacles that can be put in front of you and we want the very best in achieving the goal of homeownership for you!
